Personalized Products
Personalized items (engraved jewelry, custom creations) cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defect or error on our part.

Non-Personalized Products
Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Return Procedure
Before any return, please contact our customer service via the Contact page to obtain the necessary instructions.

Refund
After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.

Defective Products or Order Error
In case of a defective product or an error, KAFIHA will provide the most suitable solution (exchange or refund).
